Brian Welch - Writer, Producer, Director

Brian Welch is the Founder and Creative Director for Instigator Productions. His goal since starting the company in 2003 has been to deliver high-quality, results-oriented marketing and video materials to national and local clients in a cost-effective and creative way.

Over the course of his 30-year career, Brian has served as a staff sports writer for the newspaper Greenville News, a highlights and video-feature editor for CNN Network, a segment producer and on-camera talent (The Movie Break) and an Executive Producer (for TBS On-Air Promotion).

He has extensive experience shepherding film and video projects from concept-and-script-development through design and final delivery. Whether directing on-location shoots or supervising every facet of post-production, Brian has a record for coming through, on deadline and under budget.
